Time on the land.
We host a handful of ways to spend time on the greenways we steward — from a single morning of work to multi-day stays. All are open to members first; many are open to friends and neighbors as well.
Stewardship days.
A morning or afternoon of practical, in-the-field work alongside our stewards. Planting native species, removing invasives, monitoring plots, building simple infrastructure.
Naturalist-led walks.
A slower way to see the land. Led by our resident naturalists or visiting ecologists, walks focus on what's happening on a particular site this season — the birds back, the wildflowers up, the water moving.
Slow-time retreats.
Multi-day stays on stewarded land for those who want the full slow-time experience. Cooking together, walking, reading, learning, and helping with whatever the land needs that week.
Bring your team or family.
We host a small number of private workdays and retreats each year — for companies, families, schools, and other groups who want to spend time on the land together. Get in touch and we'll find something that fits.
